HEY EVERYONE... WE ALL KNOW HOW IMPORTANT IT IS TO COMPLETE OUR OUTFITS, BUT YOU ALL NEED TO RELAX AS THESE THINGS TAKE TIME!!! The manufacturing process is at least two weeks per block of orders, adding on another week to match all orders with the customers(do you realize the amount of indyfans???) and any special adjustments like authentic ribbons,etc. not to mention the supply of fur felt and the hundreds of other types of hats they have to make. An appropriate wait time is two monthes. Sorry, but thats the way it goes. This is the only company that makes the actual hat, and it is a service we cannot do without. So, before you all break out the bullwhips and turn on Mr. swales, take a few deep breaths and realize that this is a guy none of us wants to tick off!!! We appreciate his services and have lots of time till next halloween. You will get your hats in due time. in the meanwhile, watch the movie and just think to yourselves how cool your hats are going to be, especially while exploring those creepy hovitos passageways...... (P.S. shipping takes a while too.)
