: : The sleeves should hang just below your wrist, and maybe halfway betwen your wrist and the top knuckle on your thumb. I determined this by carefull viewing of Raiders and consulting with my local tailor. I actually had to have mine shortened.

: : By the way, it should be real easy to lengthen it a little bit. Most tailors don't charge much for it, and it would look better. Mine was faalso a little tight across the chest, as I am a fitness buff, but I have allready stretched it out a little, so it is just right.

: : Again, congrats on having a great jacket!!

: Taking them up yourself is not too difficult. In fact, I've tended to have Peter make them a bit long so I could adjust them so they are just right. I've shortened them myself by opening the lining on the inside of the left sleeve and turning the whole thing inside out. Not recommended if you’re not handy with a needle and thread. The tailors I talked to wanted $40 to do it. I'm just cheap.

: Cheers!

Thanks for all the info.
I did notice that there is about an 1" or so of leather folded into the sleeve so maybe it can be taken from there.
My wifes grandmother is a pretty decent tailor so I'm going to see what she can do when she gets back from vacation.

BTW: I live only about 20 minutes from Newark International Airport here in NJ. I would think that would be close enough. Oh well it's worth ever penny.
