Indiana vs. Junior in the Last Crusade

Throughout the Last Crusade, it becomes very apparent that Indy hates being called Junior. However, Henry doesn't care and continues calling him Junior. Thnk about it, he must say Junior a couple hundred times in the movie. But, when it really counts, when Indy really needs his dad's help, Henry comes through and calls him Indiana. Remember the scene when the church that holds the Holy Grail is crumbling and Henry is holding Indy. Remember how Indy wants the grail, but his dad says "Indiana...Indiana, let it go" That's the only time in the movie that he calls him Indiana.
