Indiana Jones teaches at Barnett College in New York state. As far as I know, even though he's FROM Princeton, New Jersey, he's never actually TAUGHT at Princeton University (that's his dad's place of business). If you check the mailing label on the Grail Diary his dad sent him in LAST CRUSADE, it's got the full Barnett College address. There's a good shot of the Grail Diary Package in the Lucasfilm Archives book.

By the way, the locatio used for the exterior shots of Barnett College was some school in England. Hope that helps!
