Granted, I did not go into the church. As you can see, from the front anyway, there are no windows. It would be my guess that the window from the film did, but only on a sound stage. It may have been designed based on acutal paintings or windows, or perhaps from another church? Hard do say.

This is one you'd have to track the Art director for LC down to know for sure.
