: I understand your dilemma, but I'm afraid that, out of not only fairness but potential legal ramifications, ART FEATURING ANY MERCHANDISE CAN NOT BE QUALIFIED. You may submit a photo of the diorama, but of the diorama ONLY and without the figure.

: Please read the rules very carefully. I'm sure you can understand the rationale behind this. If you made a sculpture and another artist put it against a pretty background, you'd have the right to claim infringement. It's that simple.


What if it were a custom figure...? I'm just curius... I don't have the time money or patience for that...
