Yes, more Indy-type archaeology in the news:
Bob Ballard, Indywannabe, finds 7,000 year old drowned settlement in Black Sea, lending credence to an early Holocene catastrophic flood event in Turkey.

Does this suggest that Mesopotamian flood stories (which later inspired biblical mythology) could have some basis in historic fact?
PERHAPS!

Does this mean that the Bible is based on fact?
NO!!!!!
