8th Airforce A2

Who did you get your A2's from? I was thinking about buying one and having it done up as 8th AF, 357th, 363rd fighter group (the Yoxford Boys!)
Would the AVG have worn A2's tho? Every company claims the Tigers wore a different jacket. The 14th AF prolly wore them.

: Definitly me! I have two A-2 jackets. One of them is painted in 8TH airforce markings. I did all the nose art myself, based on picture fromfrom the period. I also have a Flying Tiger A2 that I designed and had the blood chit made from individual cut pieces of leather.

: Not to mention my Wested Indy and my Cooper Indy, which I bought 11 years ago.
