As some people have mentioned, film print screenings of the the trilogy are actually fairly common. (Just saw all three in 70mm at the newly restored Heights Theater, here in Minneapolis - So cool!)

Getting a screening where you're at would be tough. You just don't have enough people around there. You'd have to go to Des Moines or Iowa City, etc. You can also try Colleges and Univeristies - they usually have some screen facility run by a student organization and can get non-theatrical rates on print rentals, etc.

Other than that do some research at theaters that specialize in retro films and request that they book an indy film or three.

Here is another alternative:

There are two ways to "rent" a theatre. 1) You buy it out right, and rent the film, 2) You help promote the screening, put up some of the money for the print and then share a percentage of the boxoffice and give the theater all of the concession money. Or some combination of the two.

Good luck.
