You may want to consider sending it back, and insisting they pick up the cost of it. If you let them get away with this, they will continue to do the same thing to many other buyers (like me, their customer service and communications are deplorable!). I can guarantee if I waited as long as I have and don't get EXACTLY what I ordered, it will be going back and Wested can sort it out with my credit card company (which covers mail order disputes/misrepresentations).
