Yes, I ordered thier Indy fedora and they first sent me the wrong fedora. So I e-mailed them a told them about and he made it sound like it was my fault that I got the wrong hat. Well I ended up sending it back and when I got the right one I was made even madder! Thier Indy fedora hardly looks like the one in the pic. The brim is not a raw edge brim it is folded over and sewn down. I have fogotten what that is called. Anyways, I was very unhappy with my purchase from them!
