Jacket question...

I'm looking into purchasing an Indy jacket. Besides from the fact that the US Wings jacket is not the original, are there any drawbacks to buying a US Wings jacket? Are they accurate replicas? Are they made better? They seem to be sturdier and better built. Would anyone agree? Please help.
