It seems to me that Peter told me his falling out was with Burmans & Nathans (Noel Howard). It was due to Peter dealing directly with a production (not LucasFilm. Another movie). Noel felt that Peter was doing a run-a-round on him. They patched things up by the time Crusade was in preproduction. Or at least that's my memory of it.
