The lining is the giveaway...

...that you received a jacket that was probably in stock for a long time. I've not talked to David about that specifically, but I have seen an example of one of these and can understand your feelings about the jacket. What you get with the Old Cowhide is a different animal - excuse the pun! Anyway, I do understand completely.
