There exists a lot of people out there who have varying opinions on the width of the Raider's hat so it's really up to you to decide how big you want your brim to be. But if you asked me, I'd say 2 3/4 X 2 5/8. My PB hat has those dimensions and my head size is about 7 3/8 (near and about HF's head size.) and my hat looks dead on for Raiders. Especially now cause it's still covered in dirt from the car wreck.

I have heard the specs were, 2 3/4 x 2 1/2, 2 3/4 x 2 5/8, and 2 7/8 x 2 3/4. I don't know for sure, perhaps there were various brim widths used from hat to hat in the film. I kinda lean toward the 2 3/4 x 2 5/8. but in some scenes, the side of his brim looks like a 2 1/2. I think it really depends upon the shape of your head and face that determines what looks best between the three. Regards, Fedora
