Okay, since you asked, the villains in ascending order of badass:

Toht: Even if he had a gun, if I met him in a dark alley I reckon I could beat him like a red-headed stepson on St. Patrick's Day.

Belloq: This Vichy-sois fancy-boy probably couldn't do too much harm if he didn't have any hidden weapons, and even then resolution and alacrity could probably deprive him of them. This fight would be like France's national defenses in the beginning of WWII: Good entertainment for a very short while, but soon dispensed with.

Mola Ram: He's probably carrying a knife, and knows how to use it, but without his guards and hordes of religiously ecstatic followers, he's just another self-important politician. A potential victim who isn't bound and drugged and helpless, and who actually fights back would be able to cut off his water.

Big Thuggee Guard: This hulking brute could really make your life miserable for a short time. Stay out of his reach, if you can, and try to find a two-by-four or something you can hold him at bay with until you're in a position to run. Or try kicking him as hard as you can in the crotch...

The Luftwaffe's Big Boxer: Find something big and heavy to hit him with. Otherwise, you can probably run faster than him.

The Last Crusade SS Oberst(?): This guy is more dangerous than the previous ones because he's tough AND fairly smart. He is also vicious and fights until his opponent is done for good. To beat him, you need to fight hard enough you don't go down, and also come up with a plan to use anything nearby in you environs to your advantage. Of course, he'll be doing the same thing... Good luck!

Raiders' German Truck Chase Sergeant: This guy is a professional. He realizes he can't win them all, but he's trained himself to win most of 'em! He can think well under pressure and stress, and doesn't get rattled even when it looks like he is losing. He's strong, agile and quick. If he has a weapon you're even worse off because he's sure to be an expert with it, whatever it is. Maybe you could climb a fire escape faster than him or something. You're gonna have your hands full with this guy!
