He didn't find shack jit

I don't believe Indy ever finds a damn thing, spiritually speaking. It seems his overt pension for the scientific blinds him to overwhelming evidence and even first-hand experience. After witnessing the power of the Shankara stones he still refused to believe, just a year later, that the Ark would have any supernatural power. After witnessing the awesome power of the Ark he refused to believe, just TWO years later, that the Grail was more than a dirty old cup with Jesus-germs on it. Do we have a pattern here?
