: Don't know of the legend of the Omega book, but from the sound of the title of the book, it may be a book held deep in the legendary 'Hall of Records' supposedly beneath the paws of the sphinx, containing countless records of a lost civilization, including ancient science, astronomy, languages, and the truth of all things from the dawn of man to the end of time.

: Perhaps Omega has some biblical meaning. Isn't it written in the Book of Genesis where God reveals himself, 'I am the One and the Only; the Alpha and the Omega...'? By the way, there must have been some serious revisions going on to drop the book to 204 pages. I guess that time travel section must have been a lot of material. -MP
