I don't hide behind internet handles, Dog. Everything I post on these forums I will be all to happy to repeat in a face to face debate. Hopefully at next years QM Summit I can continue to delineate the faults in your logic. It's not about being "macho." It's about saying what I truly believe and I believe you are misguided in your outlook.
