: OK fans,we've had a lot of postings and discussions about props and clothing. And while "clothes make the man", anyone who has seen Indy flex his biceps while hacking away at the rope bridge in ToD has to wonder what HF was doing to get buffed up for that film.
: This workout was gleaned from the new biography, Harrison Ford: Imperfect Hero. It's the workout he was put on by Fran Horneff and Jake (Body by Jake) Steinfeld to prepare for The Last Crusade:
: At 6 or 6:30 in the morning -
: 100 benchpresses with 115 pound weights
: 100 leg extensions with 70 pound weights
: 100 leg curls with 50 pound weights
: 100 squats with 100 pound weights
: 200 assorted arm, upper body and back exercises with 15 to 25 pound weights
: 100 gridiron-style "squat thrusts"
: and, finally, up to 400 situps

: Enjoy!

I, for one, want to thank you very much for this information. I've read for years, after T of D, about HF's work out's he was required to do for the movies, but have never seen it before. One of my daughters is weight training now, and we're actually going to see if we can work up to this, or until it kills me, whichever comes first. Regards. Michaelson
