: : About Indiana Jones and The Temple of Doom. I never really saw Temple as a true Indy movie, it was good, but couldn't compare to the other two because fighting had replaced the basic element of archeology. I own it of course, because I'm a loyal Indy fan but other people like Indy too, and when I ask them which is their favorite they always say Temple, when Raiders is the real classic. Why does the public like Temple so much more and why do true Indy fan's like it the least?

: My friend, you have committed the egregious error of uttering a gross generalization. So you define a 'true Indy fan' as one who only likes the Raiders movie the best? And appreciation of the other two movies earns the label of the great, unwashed masses? Since when did that criteria ever get established? There are many Indy fans on this forum, each with their own different opinions, likes, and interests. That's what makes this an interesting forum - the debate of many people with a singular interest in all things related to Indiana Jones. We respect your opinions but please don't label those who don't agree with your favorite movie as the 'general public'. -CP

:Let me put it this way: Every big Indiana Jones fan I've asked has said Riaders of Last Crusade. Every person that know's of indiana Jones has said Temple. Ok?
