If Harrison Ford decided that he wanted nothing more to do with Indiana Jones would you want the franchise continued with another actor? Could the Indy films keep going like the James Bond movies with a new Indy every few years or so? Or is Harrison so identified with the character that you wouldn't want to see anyone else in the role?

We've already seen another actor play the role on TV so I don't think it's beyond the pale to consider handing the movie role over to someone else. I personally think that Indiana Jones is bigger than any one actor. I'd rather see the franchise continue as long as really good scripts could be generated. Who knows, we could be following the adventures of our fave archeologist for the next thirty years and have him played by five different actors.
