Disney Toys (RE: Condition on arrival)

So far I have recieved my 4" action figs, Tank and Micro Figure set from Disney World, they came last week and were all in very nice condition from their shipment to me in Canada.

Today however, I got my 10" statues from Disneyland and the boxes for both that I ordered are in poor condition, with both being partially crushed.

I have displayed one out of the box so I don't really care about that one, but I'm a bit ticked off about the other, has anyone else had a similar experience?
