I've noticed in the few weeks I've been on this forum that there are a lot of questions about where to get such-and-such article of Indy clothing and I don't understand it. Indy doesn't dress so dissimilar from other men of his era and his field clothes are mostly for function. He looks cool but I never once considered dressing that way in my real life. I don't wear hats but I will admit that I did buy a fedora in the mid-eighties but I've never worn it. I bought it and a cheap bullwhip to put on the wall as an accent to my Indy posters. It looked cool to have my "Raiders" poster with the fedora hanging at one corner and a coiled bullwhip at the other corner.

I'd like to get a couple of pairs of khakis but that isn't because of Indy. Incidentally, can a guy wear khakis or Dockers with athletic shoes or do I have to get Doc Martens or something like that?
